Full Job Description

We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to manage the admissions cycle from initial enquiry to a pupil joining the school.

The role will entail all aspects of the process, from first point of contact with the school, open days, assessments and admissions, liaising with the local authority as required.

The role is full or part time (minimum 30 hours per week), term time plus an additional 6 weeks non term time (37 weeks in total).

Some support for the office administration team will also be required in the role, the extent of which will be determined by working hours.

Whilst candidates do not necessarily need experience with school admissions, experience or knowledge of the process would be helpful. As well as great communication and customer facing skills, the individual must be very comfortable working with databases and using data.

Benefits include membership of local government pension scheme, free school lunches and holidays in line with independent sector.

Informal discussions or visits are most welcome, please contact Sonya Davies, HR via the school office.
