Admissions Systems Administrator

We are looking to appoint a data driven and analytical Admissions Systems Administrator to join our fast paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team.

You will have responsibility for ensuring that the day to day operation of the team functions within statutory frameworks including HESA Data Futures, the Competition and Markets Authority and Universities UK. This will involve the triaging of incoming enquiries from a range of stakeholders within the university as well as working with the Admissions Systems Officer to assess the data quality of the team's output.

You will be educated to GCSE Level 4 in English and Maths at Grade 4 or above as a minimum with A Levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) being desirable. You will have a proven track record of putting costumers first in the context of data analysis and have experience of using bespoke software systems. Knowledge of level 3 qualification market across the United Kingdom and of the UCAS Admissions processes is desirable.
