Adult & Child Counsellor

We are a small team of therapists who work closely within a highly committed specialist palliative care team.

You will be passionate about patient centred care and be able to work with adults children and families . You will be responsible for your own caseload and supporting the wider MDT across both inpatient and outpatient services ,this could include working in small groups and day therapy ., The post holder will be based at Hayward House Specialist Palliative Care Unit, City campus, NUH and will provide pre bereavement and bereavement support by way of the following:-
