Full Job Description
Social Care Assessor (SCA) required Part Time 17.5 hrs - Wed pm to Friday to work in Fiveways Locality Team, Adult Social Care, Liverpool City Council. Fiveways is based in Wavertree, L15. Locality Teams are generic and work with adults from 18+ Applicant will be required to complete Strength based needs assessments, support plans, and duty.
