Adult Social Care - Senior Social Worker - Locality Team

We are looking for a suitably qualified, professionally registered person, experienced in supervising and managing staff.

You need experience of performance management and the ability and experience of supporting staff through complex and challenging casework.

The ability to lead and support staff through change is also essential.

You must have the ability and experience to maintain healthy relationships with partner agencies, particularly health, voluntary sector and commissioned services.

The London Borough of Bromley, Adult Social Care Services is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join our friendly and hard-working team.

The role is in one of the locality teams which deal with a broad range of Adult Social Care referrals

All care management and safeguarding tasks are undertaken as per the statutory duties for a local authority underpinned by the Adult Social Care legislation.

Adult Social Care is on a transformation journey, and we are seeking talented and experienced people to join us to support the changes that are taking place and lead the team forward.

The role will be based at the offices in Bromley South. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday.
