Full Job Description
Neway has a temporary vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker to help the Coordination & Review Team., Starting asap, for 2 months, working 36 hours a week.
MAIN PURPOSE:
1. To promote and maintain independence for vulnerable adults using a strengths based approach.
2. To protect adults at risk by the use of procedures to safeguard adults from abuse.
3. To assess the needs of individuals and their carers in line with Care Act (2014) criteria
4. Together with the service users and carers, formulate and implement person-centred care and support plans
