Available Roles: 1. Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team - Dover/Deal(Band 6/7)Be part of an expert, multi-disciplinary team working with patients on the stroke pathway and support individuals with progressive neurological diseases. Make a difference every day in a rewarding, varied community role. 2. Stroke Unit - Margate (Band 6/7)Work in a specialist 15-bedded stroke rehab unit as a key member of our friendly, welcoming stroke rehabilitation team. You'll be on the front line of recovery, helping patients regain their communication and swallowing skills after life-changing events. Some weekend working will be required. 3. Community Adult Speech and Language Therapy Team - Canterbury and Coast (Band 6)Deliver vital assessment and therapy across clinics, care homes, and patients' homes.
