Adult Weight Management Service Administrator

We are looking for an organised individual, who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our admin team within the Adult Weight Management Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly and innovative service that prides itself on high quality care and positive patient and staff experience.

This role is Part time 32 hours per week Monday to Friday., The main duties of this role involve co-ordinating the administration of the specialist weight management service. Handling calls and answering queries from patients, carers and referrers. Receiving referrals, booking appointments and group programmes. Supporting the multi disciplinary team by preparing the appropriate resources required for groups and appointments. The service uses SystmOne, for the electronic patient record. Training and support will be provided if needed.
