Adults Home Care Support Coordinator

The role involves working with a variety of teams within our Adult Social Care and Commercial teams to provide homecare services for our customers. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and as part of this, we put the customer at the centre of what we do and strive to always deliver for them. You will be working with:

• Customers and their families
• Homecare providers
• Social care teams in both the community and hospitals
• Contract managers
You will be supported in all that you do by colleagues and by a management team of Senior Brokers and the Brokerage Team Manager as we aim to develop you further. About the Team We are a supportive and friendly team of 16 which includes Brokers, Senior Brokers and a Team Manager. We support one another, share knowledge and experience, and are always willing to lend a hand.
