Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Band 7 Community Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist in Diabetes. This position is mainly based in the Amman / Gwendraeth locality.

The successful candidate will have the necessary qualifications and equivalent experience in the speciality. An expert level of knowledge in diabetes clinical assessment and intervention would be strongly desirable., The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, experienced in patient and staff education and committed to the ongoing development of a well-established Community Service with close links to primary and secondary care.

This is a part time permanent position.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
