Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - Digital Systems

I am inviting applications for an experienced pharmacists, to join the Clinical Informatics Team. The posts are for a full time 8a pharmacist on a permanent basis. The post holders will be based at the Royal London Hospital, with responsibility for the Trust wide optimisation of clinical systems.
The post holder will assist the Lead Pharmacist, Informatics with the development and optimisation of electronic prescribing within the Trust, in conjunction with the Head of IT Projects and the EPR team. They will assist with the implementation of any new digital medicines' initiatives and support the pharmacy team in developing, validating and maintaining the wider pharmacy digital systems operated by the department.
Proposed interview date: 3rd October 2024, As a member of the pharmacy digital team, they will provide assurance of the use of electronic medicines management systems across the Trust, working with the Trust's Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) and Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO).
They will ensure patient safety, security of access, system availability and that data accuracy is delivered by the system(s) and meets the requirements of the Trust, it's patients and clinical staff.
