Are you a resilient, creative and anenergetic leader, passionate about patient centred care and developing a service to make a real difference topatient's lives?Are you looking for that next exciting step in your clinical Pharmacy Career that will utilise your clinicalexperience and further develop your Leadership skills?If so then read on as we have the perfect opportunity for you!, This role requires a clinically experienced, innovative and proactive leader, working directly with, and takingresponsibility for providing expert advice and support to, patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals,as part of the Community Hospital Pharmacy team.The role requires working alongside their Advanced Clinical Pharmacist counterpart, using their clinicalexperience and leadership skills to positively and proactively lead, support and develop the pharmacy team andthe clinical pharmacy service. To ensure that by keeping patients at the centre, we achieve the best medicinesrelated outcomes for the patients we serve across the Community Hospitals in KCHFT and beyond.As part of an exciting new service development, we are exploring collaboration with a PCN to create jointpharmacist roles.
