Advanced Clinical Practitioner- Rheumatology

Stockport Foundation Trust is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Rheumatology service. · The ACP will autonomously provide highly specialised, evidence-based care within the rheumatology team and will demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and skills in assessment, management, and treatment across a range of rheumatology presentations · The ACP will work collaboratively with all other MDT rheumatology members to ensure a high-quality service. This will include working in different outpatient settings, the daycase units as well as potentially review of patients on wards · The ACP will respond to patients calls through the rheumatology advice line service · The ACP will encompass the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research, with demonstration of core capabilities and area specific clinical competence.
