Support the Customer Service Leader in inspiring the team and acting as a role model
Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
Open & close, run the store, deliver briefings to team in absence of the customer service leader
Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
