Full Job Description
- Design and development of embedded software focusing on communications protocols, IOT and control algorithms for our latest connected buildings control and energy monitoring systems.
- Embedded software design and modelling using UML code generating development tools.
- Building upon core platforms
- Work as part of a global agile team
Passion for embedded software development - Strong knowledge of C++ with proven experience in a senior embedded role
- Strong understanding of Object Orientated principles and UML
- Proven experience developing applications on embedded real time operating systems and with multi-threaded programming
- Scrum Master experience (or a desire to become one)
We have an opportunity for an Advanced Embedded Software Developer to join us at Honeywell, in Horsham, West Sussex, where you will be working as part of an agile team to design and develop the next generation of our industry leading building energy management systems. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
