Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team within the pharmacy medicines management service. You will provide safe, timely, appropriate and high quality pharmaceutical services in the hepatology division throughout the Denmark hill site., The post holder will work across Clinical Services, liaising closely with pharmacy and other staff. The post holder's key role will be to provide highly specialist services to hepatology patients .
The post holder will have line management responsibilities for Medicines Management Pharmacy Technicians based in Denmark hill site
The post holder is a vital member of the clinical pharmacy service, deputising in the chief pharmacy technician's absence and participating in and supporting areas such as research and audit, rota management and the strategic development of the service as well as outpatient clinics., The post holder's key role will be to provide quality services and to advance practice within the Hepatology team and service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician with extensive medicines management experience together with advanced IT skills, who has a robust understanding of the pharmacy as a whole, specifically the ward-based service.
The applicant must hold ACPT accreditation as well as medicines management accreditation .
