Full Job Description

Staffwellbeing and development is a priority for the team, alongside clinical and management supervision,there is dedicated time for reflective case discussion and team formulation, wellbeing activities and support.

  • To complete risk reviews and update safety and care plans for patients and give advice.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions to young people and their families, asappropriate.
  • Provide care coordination for young people open to theService.
  • Independently manage an appropriately sized caseload.
  • Use supervision effectively.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team as well as patients, carers, family members and internal and external agencies
  • Work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise.responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice.
  • Maintain own continuing professional development and contribute to team professional development initiatives.
  • To consult with members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure effective and safe care planning for young people.
  • Toidentifyand report any safeguarding issues as they may arise.

As a result, you will find yourself working jointly with other professions such as Children'sSocialCare.
