We at Connect Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinicians (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehab Therapist, Sports Therapist) who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in Nottingham. The Nottingham Musculoskeletal (MSK) service is a Tier 1 & 2 Physiotherapy/CATS/ service offering assessment, advice, education, and management of MSKconditions in both clinic and gym environment settings.Appointments are accessible through telephone, video, face to face clinics and group/gym consultationswhich helps drive our ethos of offering self-management skills for all our patients. Our CATS service offers injection therapy and imaging referrals as clinically indicated and onward referrals to secondary care as appropriate. Join our motivated, ambitious, and fast-growing team. Who we are looking for: Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care. A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities. Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT) Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP. Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change. Experience of developing team members, flexibility. You'll be registered with the HCPC or equivalent regulator (as professional background dictates) and be qualified as a clinician that works within MSK practice.
