Full Job Description
To work as part of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit MMDT to deliver a high quality, holistic service to all babies and families who require admission to the Neonatal Unit or Transitional Care Unit.
The candidate will work 85% clinically within the Tier 1 rota, under the supervision of the middle grade doctor and neonatal consultant, on a shift by shift basis.
The candidate will work 15% within a non-clinical capacity and will lead quality improvements and develop specific areas of interest, which align to the four pillars of advanced clinical practice., To provide a high quality service, deliverable through the following domains
