We at Connect Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about pain management, providing high-quality patient-centred care and making a real difference to patients suffering from chronic pain, to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in the Wolverhampton Integrated Musculoskeletal Services (WIMS)., The WIMS Service provides a tailored approach to the individual service user. The successful candidate will be facilitating face to face and remote clinics in a number of sites in the Wolverhampton area, Pain Management Programmes both face to face and online and telephone reviews. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team who are committed and passionate about providing a biopsychosocial model of care to people with persistent pain.
