Full Job Description

ROLE: STAFF COACH - SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES, They are looking for an experienced Staff Coach working closely with the Lincolnshire team. The successful candidate will coach the team to ensure quality standards are maintained and that support is delivered in a person-centred way at all times. To be a champion for exceptional care and support; including a person-centred ethos in every aspect of the role. Reporting to the Locality Manager. About You in this Role: · Lead, develop, empower and engage the teams to do their best work and create an environment and culture that promotes best practice · Coach & supervise support staff in the following areas: o Practice observations and giving staff detailed feedback o Formal supervision sessions o On the job coaching and feedback o Group supervisions o Organising annual appraisals for each support worker · Ensure that clear records are kept of supervisions to met CQC standards · Chairing monthly team meetings in each service · Lead on support workers inductions in line with company policy · Signing off inductions for support workers · Probation completion meetings for support workers · Embed the service model associated with the people supported · Support bank staff to ensure they are developed in their roles · Interviewing potential new support staff · To be solution focused - overcoming barriers and challenges · Ability to work flexibly including evening and weekends when necessary in order to support & develop staff who work out of office hours · Taking an active role in the shared on-call for the Division.
