Feedback from PACT team members: I really value being part of a team that has a profound impact on young people. It offers hope to young people who have felt there is none and helped young people to feel empowered to make changes using the stabilisation work we have completed. We have a personality disorder unit panel to review young peoples pathway in services and how we can help work towards increased independence and return to the community. This role will allow the development/ consolidation of specialist Occupational Therapy skills; independent working, managing an Occupation Focused caseload, supporting the wider MDT through generic tasks such as initial assessments. This is an amazing opportunity to support our team to develop Occupational Formulations, Occupation focused interventions, sensory pathways and strategies. This post will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, and the CORE CAMHs Teams, and with external partner agencies involved in the care of the young people with complex needs Core working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 however flexibility to meet the needs of our children, young people and families is essential.
