Advanced Practitioner Lead

Alongside the clinical role the post holder will act as the Lead Nurse Practitioner, working alongside the medics as part of the frailty unit, to deliver a safe, effective and forward looking service. The role will include ensuring effective professional leadership to Advanced Nurse Practitioners in order to secure and assure the highest standards of clinical care; ensuring the availability of the appropriate support services; ensuring a quality service and maintaining a high standard of infection control; and providing an accessible and supportive presence to whom patients and their families and staff can turn to for assistance, advice, support and early resolution of concerns.

The ability to speak welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and / or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
