Adventure Golf Assistant

Working in the world's first LEGO® themed indoor mini golf experience, our Adventure Golf Assistants will look after our guests as they play across 4 different LEGO themed golf courses! As an Adventure Golf Assistant, you will greet our guests upon their arrival, check them in and issue their golf equipment, answer any queries they might have while delivering first class customer service and exceptional interactions with all players. Our guests will interact with you throughout their time on the course, so you'll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a keen eye for enhancing those interactions wherever possible. You'll be a proud member of the Adventure Golf team, keeping the venue clean, tidy and well presented, consistently seeking out guest interactions and making sure each guest that visits you is treated to a memorable moment!

• It is essential that you have worked in a guest facing role before, ideally in a theme park or mini-golf setting
• We'd love it if you have previous experience with cash handling or working on tills
• You'll need to be self-motivated and proactive, with an eye for prioritising as you'll be working in a small team who will have various tasks to complete alongside those exceptional guest interactions
• Due to the shift times of this role candidates must be over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort We are looking for Adventure Golf Assistants to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick.
