Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of HSBC Global Private Bank's (GPB) Prism Advisory proposition whilst also having a close focus on UK booking centre for client facing activities. The job holder will be responsible for designing and leading sales initiatives, communication strategy and client facing activities to commercialise Prism Advisory proposition. In this role you will:

  • Deliver best-in-class investment journey for contractual advisory mandates for GPB client segment, and interface with Investment Counsellors (ICs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to handle Prism client cases that can help the bank garner Prism AUM, improve the quality of revenues and increase the share of wallet
  • Develop comprehensive investment strategy and asset allocation proposals at the time of client onboarding to Prism, for both existing and New-to-Private Banking clients
  • Work closely with the Market Heads and RMs to identify most impactful business opportunities, including organization of business readiness activities and leveraging existing and new communication channels
  • Offer expertise on how best to deliver investment advice across client channels and to leverage on the global investment capabilities of the bank and usage of technology to further digitalize the client experience
  • Support the development of the advisory proposition across client segments and booking centres through the design of key features that benefits both the front office and the clients.

    CISI or RDR Level 4 qualified - essential
  • Experience in a customer facing role of providing regulated investment advice to clients in either a Private Banking or Wealth Management context - essential
  • Experience of developing customer led propositions - desirable
  • Proven understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction - essential
  • You must be able to maintain excellent credibility with clients and internal stakeholders as well as having strong presentation skills
