Full Job Description

Perform Aesthetic Treatments : Conduct a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation therapies. Client Consultations : Assess clients' skin types and concerns to recommend appropriate treatments and develop personalised skincare regimens. Patient Education : Have exceptional knowledge of skin health and help educate clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare to ensure informed decision-making. Maintain Records : Accurately document all client interactions, treatments performed, and outcomes in electronic health records. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Maintain Equipment and Cleanliness : Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitised, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in treatment areas. Stay Updated : Keep current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in

This role involves performing various aesthetic procedures, educating clients about treatments, and creating personalized skincare plans to enhance their overall experience. Due to location, own transport is essential, Education : Relevant qualification in aesthetics or beauty therapy (minimum NVQ Level 4 required) Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic treatments, preferably within a medispa or clinical setting. Certifications : Additional certifications in specific treatments (e.g., laser therapy, chemical peels) are a plus.
