Full Job Description

  • Own and coordinate key publisher relationships, ensure commercial alignment and leverage THG's UK presence and group strength for global exposure booking

  • Develop a strong understanding of the UK Market and align exposure booking and focuses with local markets

  • Works closely with and guides/leads local trading and marketing executives across territories to establish ways of working and ensure all markets are covered appropriately and exposure is secured

  • Establish strategic priorities in alignment with the Head of Affiliates and Partnerships

  • Liaise with Heads of Performance and other channel stakeholders to ensure all affiliate activity and exposure falls in line with targets and KPIs

  • Continuously recruits and activates new publishers and technology partners to support THG's growth ambition and future proofs the global affiliate channel

    Reporting into the Head of Affiliates, the Affiliate Manager (UK) is responsible for alignment on UK partners, finding cost efficiencies, and driving key wins in our UK markets. The UK Affiliate Marketing Manager will work closely with regional Heads of Marketing and Marketing Director to align with regional focuses and targets. This role would suit an experienced affiliate marketing manager with experience working across UK territories and an excellent understanding of the UK publisher landscape., Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in affiliate management and affiliate strategy execution.

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.

  • Line management experience desired but not essential.

  • Existing experience with commercial partnerships and CLO's would be desired.

  • Confident working with budgets, targets, and data.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Team mindset; happy to dive in across all levels and support where is needed.

  • Takes initiative to drive new ideas and constantly thinking of what we can improve.
