After School Club Leader

Club Manager day to day running of the after school club, to provide a safe and stimulating play environment for the children attending the club. Whilst working in line with the standards set out by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) and Play works Childcare Policies and Procedures.

The role of Club assistant includes -
Over seen in the day to day running of the club, setting up the club and cleaning at the end of the session.

Over see a team of staff
Working in partnership with parents and the Club Manager to plan for the individual needs and preferences of the children.
Providing opportunities for play and learning which encourage all areas of development.
Ensuring that club is welcoming and friendly, while taking into account all health and safety issues. Providing the children with a healthy and nutritious snack.
Ensuring that all the policies set out by Playworks childcare are adhered to at all times.
The successful applicant must hold a Level 3 CCLD or Level 3 Playwork qualification. An Enhanced DBS check is required for the role.

Monday - Friday After School club Start time 3.00 pm - finish time 5.30 pm however you get paid until 6 also 2 hours for planning and shopping off site , term time only .Osbaston primary school

Hourly rate 12.80 plus holiday bonus £1.70-£1.78 per hour
