Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed After-school Club Leader to lead our new after-school wraparound provision. The successful candidate will be required to supervise children from Reception to Year 6, ensuring that they are safe, happy and have fun activities to complete. You will be responsible for managing 1 other member of staff.

  • Has high expectations and is committed to ensuring all children attending the provision are safe, happy and have fun;
  • Has the ability to inspire and motivate;
  • Has experience of working in a school setting
  • Is able to communicate well with good interpersonal skills;
  • Is committed to an inclusive ethos where every person matters;
  • Has good behaviour management skills;
  • Is warm, kind, caring, positive and has a sense of humour.
