- Lead engaging play activities, ensuring children enjoy a mix of creative, social, and physical experiences
- Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all children under your care
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Someone with experience working with primary school-aged children who can create a safe and fun play environment - A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
- A compassionate and self-motivated individual who can foster independence in children

We seek a passionate, energetic, and caring individual to join our vibrant team as a Connect Playleader at Christ Church's Afterschool Club, Connect - 17.5 hours per week 2:45pm - 6:15pm Mon-Fri Term Time not INSET days Connect is Christ Church's Breakfast and Afterschool Club. It provides a safe, supportive, and enriching environment before and after school. It supports children's academic, social, and physical development while offering convenience and peace of mind for working parents. Connect is based at the Infant Site and is available to all Infant and Junior pupils. It runs on weekdays during term time. The club is open from 7:30 am until the start of the school day and in the afternoon from the end of the school day until 6:15 pm.
