Full Job Description
- This position coordinates the process of collecting, evaluating, improving, and forwarding all technical information and documentation for the Automation projects and products. This to support the readiness of the technical publications and technical training packages for the HYG & dealer service organizations.
- The incumbent is required to collaborate with EPO/PDC/BTDC on the identification of the RSPL for the products they are responsible for, including identifying the most appropriate spare part solution (new vs reman, repaired; complete assembly vs single parts replacement).
- The incumbent is the main contact and knowledge base for the automated products, for both internal, dealer and supplier personnel.
- Collaborate with procurement to define and maintain service level and warranty agreements for the suppliers of the Automated systems. They are also required to follow up on the technical part of warranty claims and support the warranty lab.
- Collaborate with the Product Improvement Engineering Team for the product quality enhancement.
- Coordinate and deliver technical training classes and programs for dealers, selected customer and internal personnel for the automated systems.
- Create the troubleshooting guidelines.
- Ensure the diagnostic tools are available at ML3 and aligned with the global strategy., Support the development, process definition and continual improvement of the Automated systems, including the definition of troubleshooting guidelines and diagnostic tools availability and alignment with the global strategy.
- Collecting all relevant information and collaborate on the development of the global technical training packages & technical publications for automated systems.
- Delivery of service training on Automated systems and related technology.
- Spare parts strategy definition and support the PDC/EPO/BTDC on the RSPL creation.
- Dealer communications.
Preferred bachelor's or master's degree from a technical university (electronics, automotive or other, related to position) or equivalent experience - 5-7 years of experience
