Full Job Description

As our next Aftersales Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in creating and managing the dashboards and self-serve access points. You will be identifying specific and relevant data insights that can be actioned in order to decrease field quality issues, reduce associated costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer aftersales experience. The data and strategy team analyse data to provide insights for the aftersales organisation and wider business, they use the data stories for many different uses including strategic planning and improving customer satisfaction., You're not the type to shy away from challenges and you don't want to be restricted by limitations. In this role, you will work autonomously to analyse the data and present the results to stakeholders in a clear manner. To excel in this role, you'll need to be ready to learn, possess an open mind, absorb information very quickly and turn it into outputs, have strong communication skills, be highly organised, have the drive to completion while working independently. Your remit is to be accountable for field data that paints a picture for product quality and vehicle status in the field., As an Aftersales Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to thrive on the rewarding aspects of the role, building out new dashboards with data that you have confirmed is accurate, you are able present your findings to the various stakeholders. You will trust in your abilities and have the courage to tackle any challenges that come your way, with the openness to new ideas and strategies. The Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Tableau
  • Undergrad degree in relevant subject
  • Data analytics experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

    This is a full-time role with some hybrid working possible as agreed with your manager
