Full Job Description

We are recruiting for relief Gastro Pub chefs to cover Derby, Burton, Lichfield and Cannock throughout the summer. This is an opportunity to come on board and experience a variety of venues who all need your help during this busy period.

  • A proven track record in a similar role, at least 2 years.

  • Access to your own transport

  • Acceptable knife skills

  • Be confident working in demanding, high volume environments

  • Up to date food hygiene L2 and allergen

  • Have your own chef whites, knives and shoes


    • Work for a company for chefs run by chefs. We have been providing great service to chefs and our clients for over 20 years.

  • High hourly rate- up to £19ph depending on experience and flexibility.
