Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team? The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and sterile environment in the operating theatre, assisting surgeons during surgical procedures, and providing high-quality care to patients.,

• Prepare the operating theatre for surgeries by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly sterilized
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, retractor, and other necessary items
• Monitor patients throughout the surgical process, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and positive surgical outcomes
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff members

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.,
• Registered (RN/RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification
• Valid and clear registration with the NMC or HCPC
• Proven experience in a Scrub role (Minimum 6 months)
• Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
