Full Job Description
Snapchat is the new home of creators, and we are looking for a Senior Agency Partner: Creator Agencies to join the team in London. You will be responsible for building and managing our UK partnerships with a key set of Creator/Influencer Agencies. You will focus on developing deep and trusted relationships across all key levels, lead impactful projects and programs, define and develop Snapchat's role in the creator ecosystem, and partner with Snap's UK Sales team and cross functional teams to scale creator revenues. What you'll do:
- Drive and build relationships with senior level creator agency stakeholders positioning self as the primary owner and advocate for the partnership.
- Educate and inspire creator agency teams on what's possible on Snapchat by delivering insights, ideation and best practice for greater outcomes, competitiveness and growth.
- Work with creator agencies and UK sales teams to identify client opportunities, design education and pitch opportunities.
- Partner with the UK Snap sales team and cross functional teams to scale creator revenues.
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to continue to define the value of Snapchat's creator solutions for marketers.
- Grow Snapchat's reputation within the creator ecosystem by representing Snap's offering within the industry and managing scaled creator initiatives and programs. This may include representing Snap on panels, delivering creator storytelling on Snapchat keynotes or hosting creator panels for top brand partners or agencies. Hosting events with partners at Snapchat or partner facilities where we can drive awareness of Snap as a creator platform and the solutions we have deployed to make it easier for brands to connect with creators. Working closely with Comms, Marketing and Creator Partnerships to identify the right events and creators to participate with.
BA/BSc degree or equivalent preferred - Extensive knowledge of, and experience of working within, the creator/influencer ecosystem
- 10+ years of media sales marketing / online advertising experience working with agencies
- Proven track record of successfully engaging and partnering with senior level executives
- Strong existing relationships with creator agency decision makers Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to win the support of key stakeholders, internally and externally
- Skilled self-starter with the will and ability to contribute to building Snap's business
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
