Agency Recovery and Anaethetics Practitioner

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Agency Recovery and Anaesthetics Practitioners to join our team! In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional care to patients in our client's hospitals during surgical procedures. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes and patient well-being throughout the process,

• Prepare anaesthetic equipment and medications
• Assist the anaesthetist during procedures
• Monitor patients throughout anaesthesia and recovery
• Provide exceptional post-operative care to support smooth recovery
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations

• Registered Nurse (RN/RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification
• Valid and clear registration with the NMC or HCPC
• Proven track record in anaesthetics and recovery (6 months minimum)
• Up-to-date knowledge of perioperative care practices and techniques
• Demonstrate updated and comprehensive knowledge of current practices and cutting-edge techniques in perioperative care, showcasing continuous professional development and dedication to excellence.
