  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, taking into consideration their unique needs and preferences
  • Assist in daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources, social activities, and healthcare services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members to ensure holistic care for individuals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and any significant developments
  • Uphold principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of support delivery
  • Remain responsive to the changing needs of individuals and adapt support strategies accordingly

    Proven experience as a Support Worker - Minimum 6 months
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care - Desirable
  • An empathetic and patient approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Knowledge of person-centred care and a commitment to promoting individuals' independence and well-being
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment
  • A commitment to upholding ethical standards and respecting the rights and dignity of others

    Hourly Rate:
  • Day Shifts: Weekdays - £12, Weekends - £12.50
  • Night Shifts: Weekdays - £12.50, Weekends - £13.50
