As a Civils Site Agent, you'll be working within the UKPN ED2 Alliance team, supporting them in delivering civil construction works for a new Substation project. What will your day to day look like? Your day-to-day will include :

• Managing the safe and efficient delivery of complex civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Collaborating with mixed teams to meet project goals and ensuring alignment with the aspirations of the Project Manager, Kier, and UKPN.
• Liaising with the Commercial Team to manage subcontractors, produce financial forecasts, and maintain records for the H&S file.
• Leading weekly site progress meetings, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  
  You have a degree in Engineering or a related field, with chartership or are working towards it, along with relevant certifications such as CITB Temporary Works, CSCS Appointed Person, and IOSH / NEBOSH.
• You have a proven track record in managing civil works contracts, with a strong understanding of NEC3 Contracts and UKPN specifications.
• You possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing subcontractors and direct labour within a multi-trade environment.
