  • Take on an engaging role in which you'll be supporting a department or large programme and value streams to transform and continually improve in the adoption of Agile values, principles and ways of working

  • You'll be defining and driving transformation change initiatives to help increase the pace of value delivery partnering with key stakeholders

  • You'll be coaching senior leaders and stakeholders to understand what it means to be Agile, and helping change the bank and its departments to allow them to become Agile

    Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Teaching and facilitating the team to achieve higher levels of Agile maturity at a pace that is sustainable and with a focus on achieving business and customer outcomes

  • Mentoring and coaching colleagues, teams and stakeholders up to executive level in improving the adoption of Agile values and principles

  • Identifying organisational and system impediments, and helping to resolve them

  • Continually learning and evolving with the latest knowledge, concepts and best practice around Agile and its associated frameworks

  • Embedding Agile and engineering metrics to empower the teams with data

  • The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with experience of working in an Agile team and an understanding of Agile frameworks and techniques. You'll need the ability to teach, facilitate, mentor and coach at all levels and establish trusted adviser relationships quickly and effectively with teams and senior stakeholders.

  • A good understanding of empirical process control and system thinking

  • Knowledge of Lean and Git software, technology development, as well as modern development practices and tools

  • Experience of changing organisational, team, department mindsets, culture and structure to delivery business value

  • Certification such as Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Coach or equivalent qualification
