Full Job Description

The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality reception service within designated base.
The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role. Problem solving is an integral part of the role.
The role will involve contact on a daily basis with a wide range of people - both internal and external to the organisation and therefore requires a confident approach. The post holder will need to be a team player with very strong communication skills.
The post holder will work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to various sites as directed by their line manager to ensure continuity of service provision, this may include travelling to Darwen, Accrington, Rossendale, Burnley, Nelson and other sites within Pennine.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic person to provide an efficient reception service to the mental health teams within the Pennine area. The base for this post is Daisyfield Mill, Appleby Street, Blackburn and would be required to be flexible to cover other sites in Pennine, which will be discussed at the interview stage with all of the interview candidates.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in various reception teams in the Pennine area. This role includes providing a reception service for mental health teams as well as physical health teams within LSCFT.
You must be able to provide efficient administrative support and have excellent IT, keyboard and data inputting skills. You will also require strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to organise your workload effectively.
The work is varied, interesting and demanding and candidates need to be organised, flexible and reliable. We are looking for people who possess the ability to meet the demands of the service, and also to be able to communicate with a wide range of people, including patients and health care professionals
