Agricultural Parts Specialist

An opportunity has arisen to join our team in this challenging and varied role as an Agri Parts Sales technician. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be working closely with the sales team and will be the first point of contact for customers with sales inquiries of spare parts requirements for Tractors and Farm machinery. Full training will be given, ensuring first-class customer service.,

• Dealing with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face


• Processing customer orders and invoices


• Make up Hydraulic Hose to customer specifications


• PTO (Power Take Off) repairs


• Ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of orders


• Assisting with post-sales inquiries


• Advising customers with technical questions about our product range


• Reporting or replenishing stock as necessary


• Assisting with picking and packing spare parts and organising their despatch


• General sales office administration as required
  
  Enthusiastic about excellence in sales and customer service


• An effective communicator and calm under pressure


• Accurate and willing to learn


• Flexible in their approach to their work and helpful in their attitude to their colleagues


• IT literate


• Mechanically minded with technical experience


• Current driving licence (Preferable)


• Experienced in a busy work environment (preferable)


• Experience of working with Farm Machinery (preferable)
