Full Job Description

The iAdmin Team is responsible to OC Service Operations for the delivery of iAdmin services and Super User engagement across the RAF. This includes the initial build/setup of digital collaborative working areas (SharePoint, Team Sites, Intranet Pages, Site Collections, Document Libraries), providing regular training workshops and ongoing support for Station iMgrs and Super Users & exclusive management of Limited (LTD) site collections., Creation/ordering of new SharePoint teams & document libraries and initial rework of site collection received from DD & MoDNet provisioning team to ensure conformity, and compliance against Air Information Policy (Info Pol) policy - this will include maintaining a record of all site collections, permissions, document libraries and other prescribed detail.
Control of access to information (permission management) of LTD areas and Secret tier where required.
Maintaining lists of Station Super Users (Expert Users, Authorised Demanders, LSOs, and Team Site Administrators).
Technical Ownership (TOs) of all MS Teams created by the iAdmin Team and issuing Teams TORs to Team owners (noting separate TORs for Private Channel Owners (PCOs).
Provide regular training workshops and ongoing advice for iMgr's and Super Users.
When necessary, consult with Info Pol to seek further advice and guidance.
Provide an overview of the iAdmin processes and the requirements of an iAdmin KIM Practitioner where necessary.
Escalate iAdmin requests when prioritised decisions are required to maintain/increase momentum of process resolution.
Progressing any other tasks as directed by the Air CySC Chain of Command.
Provide SME advice in iAdmin methodologies including people, process and technology.
Check and resolve requests for support on the Customer Service Portal. Monitor the iAdmin Gp Mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Some responsibilities will be also conducted at different classification.
An employee may be required to carry out other duties within the scope of the grade and within the limits of their skill, competence, and training.
