We're so much more., The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

  • Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations including efficiency and quality.
  • Working with the BOH team to drive the service excellence.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all H&S and Food Safety guidelines and systems.
  • Assisting guest with any problems or needs.
  • Oversee the ordering off all produce to always ensure sufficient supplies of all F&B and other materials.
  • Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality & quantity are constantly monitored, maintained and display is as per set specification.
  • Provide training and guidance to service staff. Oversee staff performance, train, and coach staff to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Monitor staff punctuality and grooming and guide as required.
  • Constantly seek customer feedback and opportunities to develop the lounge product and communicate such in a concise manner to lounge manager.
  • Directly supervising Department employees in order to fulfil client needs.
  • Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.
  • Participate in monthly beverage inventory.
  • Ensure proper beverage requisition and ordering processes are followed through on a weekly basis.
  • Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.
  • Ensure training program is in place and used on a daily basis.
  • Make decisions and take actions based on previous experience and good judgment

    The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Food & Beverage and supervisory knowledge.
  • Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problem.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to work any assigned shift/work schedule.
  • You must provide 5 years employment history and proof of address.
