Aisle 8 - PR Manager (London)

The PR Manager is responsible for driving the development and implementation of the organisation's PR, media and activation strategy, building its reputation and ensuring effective media coverage. As the PR Manager, you will draft and oversee the creation of all press materials and client documents, forge relationships with journalists and key influencers and manage the response to 'crisis' situations with both media and clients. You will manage the team's output and performance against the client KPIs, ensuring all activity is delivered to the highest standard. Working closely with the PR Director, you will explore new brands to target for new business to drive the growth of the division.

Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to write compelling copy are a must. Awareness of the PR significance of social media is increasingly important. Inter-personal skills are vital for developing relationships with media representatives, handling difficult situations and advising people within your organisation. You will need speaking and presentation skills and the ability to organise and plan PR strategies together with the tactics needed to achieve your ambitions. Desired Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of six years' experience within PR, social media, blogger outreach, events
• Proven excellent understanding of the beauty industry and media landscape
• Excellent print, broadcast and online media contacts as well as excellent influencer relationships
• Ability to manage target expectations and report on KPI's
• Excellent time management, writing ability and attention to detail
• Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver responsibilities
