Full Job Description

A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home. Grade Grade 3 Advertised Internally / Externally Internal and External Recruitment

Starts at £24,675 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £25,626 per annum Salary Information The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours., This is an interesting role which involves contacting victims and witnesses via telephone to book appointments for them to give their statement. There is a level of decision making with regards to whether the statement is appropriate to be taken over the telephone or not The aim of this role contributes to supporting front line officers so that they can provide more focus to front line duties, and also to give an enhanced service to victims of crime within Devon and Cornwall. Full training is provided as well as ongoing support from supervisors and a friendly team of Statement Takers. What we are looking for:
