Your skills and experience are needed more than ever before, and there has never been a better time to return to your profession- it is easier than you might think. At Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust we are happy to support your return to practice. We offer periods of adaptation, support and mentoring to help you develop the skills and competencies you need to get on the HCPC register.
We are keen to hear from the following professionals:

To register your interest in returning to practice - please complete and return the attached application form, found in the supporting documents and email it to [email protected]. You do not need to submit an application via trac.
PLEASE NOTE AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE VISA SPONSORSHIP FOR RTP CANDIDATES. We shall only be able to progress with your interest if you are able to provide your own evidence of right to work in the UK.
To support AHP's in our local community, we offer opportunities to RTP AHP's who live in and around South West London. If you live further afield, please seek support from your local Trusts or organisations., PLEASE DO NOT RE-APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED IN THE PAST.
We are offering supervised clinical practice as part of a structured Return to Practice programme, while working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
This is specifically for qualified AHPs looking to regain their HCPC registration or for overseas candidates wishing to complete their period of adaptation to gain their HCPC registration. At the moment we are unable to offer work experience or periods of adaptation for AHP's with their HCPC registration.
We offer the following flexible part-time or full-time roles:
+ Voluntary honorary contracts - a more flexible working pattern is possible to fit around other life commitments. Your clinical work will focus on updating knowledge and skills required for gaining your HCPC registration.
On receiving your enquiry, we will contact you to either signpost you to other resources or to arrange an informal meeting to discuss your requirements.
If you are suitable and meet the criteria to undertake a period of adaptation, we will approach teams within Kingston and Richmond NHS Trust or across South West London based on your previous experience.
The RTP period is to support your previous knowledge and experience. You will not be supported to re-train or undertake experience in an area that is new to you.

Inclusive - We are respectful, fair and open, valuing everyone's unique contribution
Collaborative - We work together across our teams and with our partners and are helpful, positive and supportive
