Now part of the James Hall & Co family, Ann Forshaw's Alston Dairy has been producing the best quality local produce for over 30
years. All the milk used in the products is pumped straight out the farm next door making a unique and superbly flavoured
yogurts.

About the Role

As a Dairy Operative at Alston Dairy, you will be trained to work in various areas of the business. We are an ambitious company
with big plans and are looking for people who can grow with us.

We are actively looking for hardworking and reliable individuals who are eager to make a positive contribution to our fantastic
team within the Yogurt Manufacturing facility.

What will I be doing?

The role will be varied and will include training to work in multiple areas of the business. And this could range from operating
one of our Potting Machines to fruiting yogurt-

• Comply with our high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety.


• Show a commitment to Product Quality and Quality Control processes and procedures.


• Contribute to the completion of documentational requirements for traceability.


• Operate a range of different equipment and machinery.


• Effective cleaning of equipment, tooling and work environment.


• Lift, handle, and process products as required.


• Show flexibility and be able to operate in both High and Low care environments as required.
  
  No experience is required, however it would be advantageous if applicants have prior experience working within a fast paced Food

Manufacturing environment.

Whilst prior experience is not essential, we are looking for hardworking, reliable and positive individuals who are eager to
learn.
