Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a permanent, full time Ambulance Vehicle Preparation Manager to lead, manage and be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient AVP service which meets the demands of the Trust. Operating within Trust guidelines and budgetary restraints and driving forward the delivery of services, maximising value for money and enabling strategic cost savings through maximising vehicle availability., Effective implementation and management of policies and procedures in relation to AVP and Ancillary Services; including HR/Staff Management, Health & Safety, Risk Management and infection Prevention & Control, ensuring compliance with CQC, NPSA and HSE standards. Oversee and manage the delivery of external and internal contracts and be actively involved in the understandings and requirements of the activity and quality standards related to service delivery.
