Full Job Description

The Operations for Clinical Analytics team ensures that analytical products, particularly the Model Health System, are updated and relevant. Offering valuable insights aimed at improving productivity, reducing unwarranted variation, and enhancing overall quality. Collaborating with Analytics Applications function in the ESM2 area and Data Services to develop metrics ontology and promote the wider utilisation of analytical metrics and code. The team also coordinates the subject matter expert programme across the sub-teams, fostering close collaboration and knowledge sharing.

1. Collaborates with improvement analytics teams and colleagues within NHS England and NHS Improvement to support the production and improvements of analytics products.
2. Execute ETL processes and follow process to ensure the regular and accurate updates of data contained within products such as the Model Health System
2. Sourcing and analysing national NHS datasets, presenting data effectively, producing tools for local health economies, and conducting deep dives to support regional analysts.
3. Maintain a regular schedule and manage your own workload to ensure the timely provision of benchmarking data to the NHS
3. Assist in the development of data pipelines into analytical products using a variety of software including SQL, Data Bricks and Python.
4 Support information management, systems development, user query resolutions and analytical customer engagement.
