Full Job Description

The Anodizing and Facilities Owner has the full responsibility for the anodizing line, services and infrastructure, in terms of daily maintenance, functionality, PM activities and compliance. They will be responsible for daily maintenance rounds and planning of PM together with production and maintenance manager.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Gives service to the production team in the assigned area to ensure optimum equipment utilization.

  • Ensures legal compliance of que facilities infrastructure

  • Compilates information of preventive plan, Corrective & Punctual Actions, people availability and maintenance materials availability.

  • Updates preventive plan according to equipment requirements.

  • Creates Weekly maintenance plan proposal aligned with the information collected to discuss with maintenance manager.

  • Deals with supplier schedules for programmed supplier maintenance works.

  • Agrees contracts with suppliers for infrastructure services and utilities.

  • Issues the maintenance job orders.

  • Collects the executed task information and keeps updated report.

  • Reports performance KPI's.

  • Schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks in accordance with the business need, whilst liaising with anodizing Manager.

  • Support and facilitate improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure checklists are completed accurately and maintained
